    @godfatherofgreenbay - Thank you!

    @lizzie_wizzie - Yes I am! Thank you, I had a great 4th of July!

    @MOJOJONO_X2 - Yes the city that never sleeps - oh wait, that would be either Las Vegas or NYC or perhaps both! =P

    @kachino - Oh woman, if only you had ... Then you can go back and forth whenever you wanted to! You're close enough to the border!

    @gnostic1 - Thanks! I hope you had a good 4th of July weekend too!

    Gorgeous cityscape...Seatle, huh....? It is really beautiful there!

    That tower looks like the Stratasphere in Las Vegas.

    I just read some really weird shit about Seattle, I am gonna make a post about it , if I have time...My best friend just moved to Seattle because she is gettn married and having a baby due in Sept!!

  • mZdejavuZ

    @rhiannonator - Yes that would be Seattle. That's where I'm from. Really? Weird shit about Seattle?... Okay, I'll have to read your post then... Seattle is awesome, I like it here. I've been here for a little over 10 years, and I still enjoy the scenery and people here in general. Congratulations to your best friend!

    Damn 10 years! Noice ... I am in the San Franciso Bay Area/ Santa Cruz Area ....I love the people as well.

    I will give you  sneak peek of the weird Seattle stuff...it is about a community of peoplenin Seattle who are practicing polyamory....having families with more than one man and woman..like four men and two women that all 'love' each other and get 'intimate'...they practice polyamory because they think it can replace tradtional 1 to 1 mariage...The community of people in Seattle has something to do with microsoft having a message board for polyamorists who work for the company. I am disgusted by the idea...A NEWSWEEK article made reference to this community like that in the 1850's called the Oneida society in a positive tone..but NEWSWEEK failed to mention that the community ultimately deteriorated to allowing 12-13 yr old girls into this sexually fetishized community. I am a history major, and I learned about the Oneida society in one of my classes. It is gross, in my opinion.  Anyway, it is all really interesting, and I am going to have to think a bit about how to approach it.....long sneak peek, here is the link to the NEWSWEEK article, if you like, they are calling it a sexual revolution:http://www.newsweek.com/id/209164

    @rhiannonator - Ugh, that's hella nasty, WTF is wrong with these people?! OMG, W T F -- I am watching the video on that newsweek link you showed me right now, and UGH, I just *shuddered* from disgust!!  UGH!!! ... Damn, that is sooo fricken nasty... Okay, I know I've already confirmed that several times in this comment, but still... can't get over it... This is a whole new level above polygamy... WOW... What has the world come to... Anyways, I'm sure there are other polyamorists in other parts of the country and not just solely in Seattle only... *shudder*
