Music, Birthdays, and Bon Voyage!
Happy Birthday, Gemini Twins! ^___^ Don't party too hardy!
... & Have a safe trip and good luck in Japan, BFF!
I'll see you soon!
Music =
*Found this from a friend on FB*
And, they say that "originality is dead"! PUH!
It takes real geniuses
to recycle four chords of music
to come up with entirely new songs for generations of fans to enjoy.

NICE VIDDDD. MEGAULTRACREATIVE FTW.
@overdrawn - LOL yeah pretty megaultracreative-FTW, right?? LOL I found it from a friend! I saw a similar video like this a while back... but yeah, since there are only so many chords to work with, it's inevitable that most artists would use the same ones to create songs.
@mZdejavuZ - YES! Music artists are green friendly. They always recycle each other's stuffs. My motto is, "Don't be trashy, Recycle!"
@overdrawn - LOL hahahaha! Yes, being environmentally- and eco-friendly is the new trend now... What a good way to put this concept to use huh?
Another example of me beating you to the punch?
. Yeah, the Axis of Awesome is ... well awesome! Oh and by the way, how do you pick a Facebook nickname?
I love that video. It's amazing to think that there is a finite number of songs that can be made with all the note and chord combinations but the number is so huge that it could almost be infinite. Maybe that is why a lot of artists sue each other over claims that they stole music.
@kachino - OMG! >____<; WTF?! I am soo mad!!

BUT, even before you posted that video back in March, I saw another video similar to this one a long long time ago, years ago -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdxkVQy7QLM
As for picking a username for Facebook, this would be exact same process for any other website that requires you to choose a username.... Maybe I should pick "kachino" as my unique username... That's one way for sureI can beat you to the punch!
@godfatherofgreenbay - LOL it's amazing... and that could probably explain why a lot of artists sue each other...! But, then, that would be futile in the end because, they would have to sue everybody else who uses the same chord progressions as well...!
... like all the artists featured on this video and many more who were left out!
@mZdejavuZ - HAHA! That Pachelbel video has been in my favorites since a long time ago! Alright, alright... I'll give you props for the Pachelbel Rant.
I understand about the choosing part but where is that option located on the website? Oh please tell me great Anne! Man, I didn't know you were that evil to think about picking Kachino as a username.
@kachino - ... You don't know me at ALL!!
JK! ... You don't get to choose your username until Friday. When you log in, there's a note from Facebook telling you about it.
@mZdejavuZ - You're so easy to read... I'm pretty sure I could read you like I read an open book. Well I guess I just have to stay on the computer all day on Friday to ensure that you don't get my username ;)
@kachino - *hands Alex a can of Pepsi* ... You might need this when Friday comes.
@mZdejavuZ - OHOHOHOH! Wow, well done Deja Vu! Well done! Yeah, I will need it since game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final will also be on Friday.
@kachino - *takes a bow* thank you thank you, please hold your applause... No encores tonight, please, sorry.
Since game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final is also on Friday... *hands Alex a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi* Just drink it straight from the bottle.
@mZdejavuZ - Huh, 2 liters is just too much. I get my fix after 2 cans but thanks anyways. ;)
another trick that songwriters do is reverse the chords to an already famous song to come up with new songs
these videos prove why some songs instantly get popular- we've heard it before
wow! makes you wonder...j
